Salary Categories

Salary is an integral part of a company’s operations which can vary accordingly with respect to each organization. VinHRM offers you an ability to view and manage the salary requirements by category. You can also add salary categories and customize the category settings based on your company requirements.

You can add a new salary category by following the below steps:

  • Start by clicking on Salary> Salary Categories
  • Click Add New
  • Follow the ‘add new category’ and enter the category name.
  • Select the appropriate salary type.
  • Under System Generated Salary Calculations, choose appropriate option belonging to the salary type.
  • Mention whether the category is available in the employee viewable format.
  • Enter the category code and the order of priority.
  • Mention whether the category has enabled editing and to be included while generating payslip.
  • Change the status to enable the salary category.
  • Click Save
