  • Click on the Regularize tab from the top of the page.
  • Here you can see a list of the Regularize you have taken. On right to each of it you can see a tab called Apply. Click on it and enter a reason and click Apply.

  • Click on the Regularize tab from the top of the page.
  • Select the type and status from the drop down menu and click on the search button. The results will be displayed indicating the status.

Yes, a Team Lead can view the Regularize details of his/her team members. This can be done as follows:

  • Go to the Home Page
  • Click on the Regularize tab from the top of the page.
  • From the drop down menu choose Team Request. Select the date or month as per requirement and click the search button.

You can approve your team member’s request by doing the following:

  • Go to the Home Page
  • Click on the Regularize tab from the top of the page.
  • From the drop down menu choose Team Request. Select the date or month as per requirement and click the search button.
  • From the results, go to the desired one. To the right of it you can see an Action tab where you can approve or cancel the Regularization request.
