The User of VinHRM can be a normal employee of a company or it could also include Team leads, project managers, members of the HR team. The power to edit and manage various fields in VinHRM tool many vary for users depending on the user permissions assigned by the administrator.

You can view the following in your VinHRM Dashboard

• View your attendance status
• View your leave status
• Total employees, absent and leave status (*this option will be shown only for those who have Team Lead powers)
• View your check In time
• Assign, view and manage your tasks
• Get latest updates of announcements and events in your organization.
